In 2024 New Zealand Festival of Fitness, home of the Team Nationals competition, will take place at Mystery Creek Events Centre over 26-27th October. The Festival will see fitness fans and enthusiasts alike from all across New Zealand come together for a weekend full of thrilling competition.

The 2024 Individual competition comprises of two stages. The first stage will see individuals compete Online (5-28 August). Here, individuals will be ranked and those who hold qualifying spots will be invited to the second stage, the finals competition (14-15 December).
